Throughout my career, I have been involved in various academic and professional projects on employment, career development, career/job identity, and organizational culture and inequalities. As a social scientist and coach trained in career and employment sociology, organizational behaviour and analysis, gender and business, I developed practical methods for the desired outcome of individuals' career choices and development. While doing these, I offer different development suggestions for each individual, specific to their essence and the life and work environment they are surrounded by, taking into account the well-being of each individual.
